INTRODUCTION TO ADDITIVE FOR BUSINESS
Teaching is an important aspect of my life that helped me become good at what I do.
I am the 3D Printing Generalist with 6+ years experience in Additive Manufacturing sector. I am well versed in both physical and digital aspect of the 3D technology.
Passionate about Additive, I consciously chose to build my career around 3D Printing. I started on the shop floor, explaining the technology to general public. Soon more opportunities followed, and I started to amend my skill set to teach principles of Design for Additive. I am a self-taught 3D designer understanding the principles of Solid and Organic modelling (ZBrush, Rhino) as well as Parametric and Generative (Fusion360).
So far, I had a pleasure of working with some of the leading industry Professionals, Artists and Makers. I worked with many cutting-edge additive technologies, polyamide SLS, large format SLA, full-colour CJP and high-detail wax and resin MJP, just to name a few.
I have always immersed myself in the 3D process in order to understand its challenges and limitations: from 3D modelling to machine maintenance and engineering.
Working in such wide spectrum of roles built my confidence in technical aspects of complex engineering solutions, and solving customers’ problems helped me develop the necessary skill set for Additive. Each project helps me become a better 3D Consultant.
I am happy to share my experience with others in form of bespoke, tailored workshops covering various aspects of 3D for Additive: CAD, file optimisation, build preparation - all the way to specialised mechanical and chemical post-processing.
Over the years I built a good rapport with 3D printer manufacturers, consumable suppliers and bureaus, which means that I can obtain necessary information directly from the source. I am also happy to create combined workshops covering specific application, software package, or machine.
All bespoke workshops include consultancy, after workshop care and study materials.
